September Monthly Meeting

Our September monthly meeting will be held at the Brown and Caldwell office in Walnut Creek! The address is 201 N Civic Dr Suite 300, Walnut Creek, CA 94596, and we will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Take the South Lobby elevator to the 3rd floor.

The presentation is titled Overview of Pressure Pipe Rehabilitation and will be provided by Adam Brown (BKF). Gravity pipe rehabilitation has been widely adopted for decades, but pressure pipe rehabilitation continues to be an area of uncertainty for many asset owners. With different products and processes available to engineers and owners, it can be hard to know which ones may be suitable for a given situation. This presentation will cover a high-level overview of pressure pipe rehabilitation methods such as spray-on lining, sliplining (including FFRP), CIPP, pipe bursting, spray-in-place pipe, and close tolerance pipe slurification.
