James Kohne, P.E.Communications OfficerCivil/Environmental Engineer James is a civil infrastructure design engineer with a wide range of experience including gravity and pressure pipeline condition assessment and design, trenchless installation and rehab methodologies, I/I studies, pump station/plant design, hydraulic analyses, design drawing, cost estimating, scheduling, and GIS mapping. He is also the quality control manager for his company in Walnut Creek. In addition to working as an engineer and managing projects in the USA, he spent 5 years living in Democratic Republic of the Congo, managing an emergency water and sanitation response program for the International Rescue Committee. James received his bachelor and master’s degree from UC Davis, is NASSCO PACP certified and is a CA registered Civil Engineer. |
